Hey guys thanks for the concern.

As all of Australia know, a couple of months ago the NSW Central Coast and the Newcastle area was ravaged by a huge storm in which 9 people lost their lives and a huge cargo ship was stranded on the beach in Newcastle.

Our office is based in this area. We too were flooded and lost equipment. We had no power for about a week or so on top of that. We had a computer get wet and lost a bunch of data. We are still fixing some of the things that were damaged during this time.

In the time after that we had additional rain which also affected events and photo shoots we had planned.

After what I would say is the worst and definitely the wettest winter I have experienced, we have the show back on the road. Issue #45 which was due out about 2 months ago has been printed and is currently being transported to our Australian and New Zealand distributors. BMXPRESS will hit the newsstands in approx 3-4 weeks (very early Nov 07).

This addition will include amongst other things, the Aussies, The UCI Worlds, the UCI SX race (Olympic test race), WA Super Series and so on.

 

I appreciate the concern, patience and the support that the Australian and New Zealand BMX community have given BMXPRESS Magazine over the last 9 or so years.
